LensCrafters

This was my fist visit to this particular store. Optometry portion of my visit was good although they did keep trying to push the contact lens exam/fitting on me. The LensCrafters portion was also good until I called to check on my glasses. At the time of my appointment I was told that it would a week maybe sooner. When I called 4 days later to check on them I was told by Evan that it was going to take 7-10 business days. He went on to say that I had just come in on Saturday and it was only Wednesday like I was crazy to be calling to check on my glasses. I told him again that I was told a week maybe sooner and he said "I don't know what you want me to tell you. They are not here." I told him I wanted an ETA and he said he couldn't give me an ETA and I that would be notified when they came in. He did not offer to check on them for me although he did offer a weak apology. I hung up and when I went to check my receipt for my visit it was Evan who helped me in the first place. Based on my experience and on some of the other reviews here I'm not very optimistic about this. Long story short I have purchased my last 3 pairs of glasses from LensCrafters and I will never shop at Lenscrafters again.
